Scheduling an appointment
To schedule an appointment, please call our office at 407-316-0156 between 8:30am to 4pm Monday through Thursday and 8:30am to 11:30am on Fridays. We are closed for lunch from 11:30am to 12:30pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and from 12:30pm-1:30 pm on Tuesdays. At the time of scheduling your appointment we will ask you to explain the nature of your visit, so that we may allow the appropriate amount of time for your appointment.
Cancelling an appointment
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice to avoid a fee. This notice will allow another patient to use your appointment time.
Emergencies
If the emergency occurs during office hours, call the main number to get in touch with a physician. If the emergency occurs after office hours, go to the nearest hospital. The hospital will then get in touch with the physician directly if necessary. If your medical condition is life threatening call 911.
If your problem is not a medical emergency, please call during office hours. Prescription refill requests, appointments and other non-urgent matters will be handled only during office hours.
Prescriptions
Our office no longer takes prescription refill requests over the phone. Please have your pharmacy fax a request to our office at 407-316-9997.
Please note: refill requests will only be honored if you have seen the physician for your routine physical exam within one year. If you are due for your annual exam, please make an appointment.
